STEP 1: COMPLIMENTARY CALL
I always like to have a chat with my potential clients in order for you to tell me about your health concerns. Everyone is individual and the way I work is always personalised for you. Once I know your health goals, I will help you to decide which of my programmes is best for you. Perhaps you have tried many approaches to improve your health or you are confused by the conflicting messages you have read about. It can be really confusing!

STEP 2 : QUESTIONNAIRE
Once we have chosen the programme that is best for you, I will send you an in-depth health and lifestyle questionnaire to complete before your first appointment.
This reviews your symptoms, medical history, family history and lifestyle factors as well as a food diary to show me what you currently eat. I will also review any supplements and/or medications you are currently taking.
Using a functional medicine approach means I am looking to connect genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and to support you as an individual.
STEP 3: INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your initial consultation which lasts approximately 90 minutes, we will discuss the history of your health in detail.
Functional testing may be recommended to further investigate symptoms if appropriate. (cost of tests not included)
You will then be given a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme focusing on your goals along with recipes and meal plans. Supplements may be recommended to support your programme.
STEP 4: FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
