About me

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach with a passion to support people suffering with fatigue and looking to increase their energy.

After being diagnosed with IBS, I became interested in the power of food and the amazing beneficial properties in certain foods. Eating the correct foods helped me to take back control of my health, to healing my gut and regaining my energy.

I made a decision to study nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine so that I could share my passion about the healing power of food with others.

I work with clients who struggle with low energy, hormonal issues, looking to improve their digestive health and weight loss.

I am constantly studying to keep up to date on the latest research or to add new modalities into my clinic so that I can offer my clients the best advice. I am a qualified Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach and I use a Functional Medicine approach which allows me to focus on addressing the root cause of your health concerns.

Over the last few years my interest in the mitochondria, the ‘power house of our cells’,  has helped me to support many clients with stress, chronic fatigue, post viral symptoms and weight loss.

I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

As well as working from my clinic in Kingston, I also work from Irrefutable Health and at Grayshott Medical Spa on the 7 day Health Regime.
