Cocoa and Sea Salt Porridge
Ingredients

50g rolled oats

1 tsp. chia seeds

25g chocolate protein powder

Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt

Water or milk as desired
Method
- Place the oats and chia seeds in a pan, add a little water or milk and cook until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the protein powder.
- Add more water or milk if required and serve.
- Top with top nuts and berries of your choice and a sprinkle of sea salt.
