Cocoa and Sea Salt Porridge


  • 50g rolled oats

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 25g chocolate protein powder

  • Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt

  • Water or milk as desired


  1. Place the oats and chia seeds in a pan, add a little water or milk and cook until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the protein powder.
  3. Add more water or milk if required and serve.
  4. Top with  top nuts and berries of your choice and a sprinkle of sea salt.
